Pecorino IGT “Colli Aprutini”

Vinification: Harvest of grapes in boxes for this Pecorino D’Abruzzo. Debourbage at 12-13 ° C for 18 hours.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled tem- perature between 17 and 19 ° C. Ageing on fine lees for 60 days.

Wine Characteristics: It has a light straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. A very intense and persistant flowery nose, turning into grapefruit, bananaand tropical fruit notes. It has an unbridled, full and harmonic taste with a fruity aftertaste which enhances its aromatic quality.

Advised dishes: Ideal with fish, seafood and white meat dishes

Serving Temperature: To be served at 8° - 10° C

Alcool: 12,5% Vol.
