Vinification: Harvest of grapes in boxes. After the start of fermentation, bleeding of the must to obtain free-run must. Fermentation of the free-run must at a controlled temperature of 18 ° – 19 ° C. Racking and ageing on the lees for 60 days.
Wine Characteristics: It has a rosè colour with purple reflections.
On the nose the bouquet is very fruity: the sour cherry, strawberry and currant clearly stand out. It has a fresh and harmonic taste, it is round on the palate but, at the same time, delicate and very balanced.
Advised dishes: Ideal match for appetizers, not too seasoned cold pork meat and cheese, light first and second courses
